We had a wonderful experience working with New Roots. We did a significant renovation while we were living out of state so having contractors we could depend on was very important. Zach and Sam were so organized, patient, and communicative throughout the whole process. Their work is excellent quality, everything is beautiful. Since the work was completed they have been very responsive when we have needed small things fixed. We have already recommended New Roots to several friends. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Zach and the New Roots Renovation team remodeled our kitchen and dining room in 2024. It was a big change for our 1931 home to install a modern kitchen while preserving the home's tudor revival period details. We removed a wall, changed exterior openings, moved all plumbing and electrical, and added a generator as part of the project. The communication was great. Zach and team were on schedule and on budget. And they did a good job of managing our expectations when things were changing. Their subcontractors were highly skilled and also good communicators. New Roots came highly recommended by a neighbor. They did not disappoint.

We knew we needed to hire a contractor to remodel the kitchen when we bought the house because it was showing its age - broken ceiling fan, stained linoleum, and cabinets that may or may not have been held together by hope.
Along came Zach and team from New Roots Renovation. They were skilled, punctual, tidy and actually listened when I said I wanted to never hear another cabinet door slam shut. We had New Roots remove and rebuild our main staircase of our home. This was tricky, because we extended the stairs out a couple feet and widened them also to make them more appealing visually and for comfort. This was not a lightweight project and again New Roots designed and made a precise template to make everything work right. Not only was the design perfect, but again their usual attention to detail made our new staircase and banister the eye catching focal point of our downstairs.
