Initial consultation & Preliminary budget
A meet and greet is scheduled at your home or property to discuss your project and our process in more detail. With information gathered, we start by providing a detailed preliminary estimate to make sure all parties have a realistic starting point for design and budgeting.
pre-construction
Work with one of our preferred independent Architects/Designers, or bring in your own. We will work in collaboration with you and the Architect or designer throughout the design phase. This process is crucial in identifying and maintaining a budget and eliminating surprises during construction.
Bid proposal & Construction Contract
Using the drawings from the Designer/Architect, we will create a detailed open-book bid and timeline for your project. If accepted, a construction agreement is signed and your project is scheduled.
permits & construction
Whether you stay in your home or move elsewhere for the duration of the project, we will treat your home as if it were our own. We are committed to keeping your home clean, safe, and organized every step of the way. In-house site-work and supervision allows us to maintain an efficient schedule and avoid costly mistakes.
final walkthrough & Warranty
Once your renovation is complete, we use a final walkthrough checklist to make sure our work meets your highest standards. With your approval, we will sign off on a completed contract and your 2-year warranty will begin.
