• Our baseline pre-con approach for every project includes an open-book budget, detailed construction calendar, selections spreadsheet, and written scope of work.

• More detailed pre-con services are offered depending on client and project needs. Including value-engineering, staged pricing rounds, demo-discovery, feasibility studies.

Personalized

Our self-performed craftsmanship, paired with dedicated on-site supervision, ensures consistent attention to detail and clear, accountable communication throughout every phase of construction.

• One dedicated site-lead carpenter acts as the day-to-day manager and detail coordinator.

• Our site-leads have over 15 years of residential construction experience each. With diverse backgrounds from technical-framing to fine woodworking.
